Abandon hope, all ye who enter here

There are some things, even too personal for my personal website. Reserved for interdilemma. Yours truly has returned.

new old toys

Here is a pic of the newer toys I got that I’ve been meaning to take a pic of. From left to right- Lord of Darkness from the movie “Legend,” Headless Horseman, and minifigures of Cloud and Sephiroth from Final Fantasy 7.

I should also mention that I bought some new movies: Predator, Four Rooms, and Monty Python’s The Meaning of Life. I still need to watch Four Rooms.

Evil and Darkness

I bought Resident Evil 4 last Sunday. I beat it last Wednesday. It was a hell of a game. I mean seriously one of the best video games I’ve ever played. Beat it in 17 hours. I saw Darkness last night. If the ending was different this movie would of been decent but since the ending was so horrible it made the entire movie suck. Also the backstory didn’t have much detail so it was hard to beleive in the movie and get scared by it.

Couple weeks, huh. The second semester started here at college. Im taking Chem, English 102, Civ II (1500-present), Geography, and American Politics. It’s been easy so far. I bought Zelda Wind Waker the other day for 20 bux at the PX. No tax there. Not much is new. I’m still alive. I’ve watched all of the DVD’s I got for Chrsitmas which where the ones I already named, and also Suicide Kings–an old Christopher Walken movie, Big Fish, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, and Dawn of the Dead remake. Some other movies I got around the same time but not for chstmas were Aliens, Spawn, Dungeons and Dragons, Wrongfully accused, Animal House, Office Space, and Jackie Brown. All of those I have watched since purchase also. And then I bought another 2 movies the other day, Alien 3 and Predator. I still have to watch those. I’ve already seen these all of these movies in the past but I like to refresh. In addition to recently getting Zelda, the games I got for Christmas were Gotcha Force, a great robo battle game, and RE: Code Veronica – finally. Still need that Resident Evil 3 though! And then two other games I got around Christmas were Metroid Prime and Custom Robo- another robo battling game. The only games on my radar now are RE3 whenever I find it, RE4 since it just came out, and I might pick up the Zoids game. I think that’s all I’m really interested in right now. Theres nothing on GameBoy I’m too interested in either. Atleast not for a few months coming. And lastly, on the music front, the CD I got for Christmas was Alice in Chains best of. I also had to reburn my Grey Album cd since my cousin borrowed it and “lost” it or something. Grey Album is Jay-Z’s black album remixed with the Beatle’s White Album. So anyways thats it for now. I’ll update again in a while whenver I feel like getting my digicam out and uploading the picture of some new(er) toys I got.

Y2K was five years ago, can you believe it? It seems like just last month people were running around like idiots worrying about their computers… Oh wait, it was last month, and every month before that. Y2K was just when more people than usual were worrying about nothing. So anyways, I hope you guys had a great 2004. Remember those lost in the Tsunami, that thing sucked pretty bad. But most importantly, this is the year of the new Zelda game (coming Christmas). I think last year was a much better year for gaming compared to what we know about this year so far so lets hope 2005 throws out some great suprises.
